#CraverWomensWeek: She is Fernanda, our NSW Franchising Manager. And she makes us proud.
Reliable, committed and organised, Fernanda has been with the brand for over 10 years. Started as Admin Assistant and thanks to her restless attitude was promoted to her current role as Franchise Manager for Oporto and Red Rooster.
Fernanda’s definition of success is all around finding happiness on the little things she does. Also, and more importantly, she believes that happiness and the key for success paying attention to the relationships she develops. And… this explains how she succeed when she moved from Brazil to Australia many years ago and left everything behind. Certainly, it made her learn how not to take anything for granted.
What has been the best piece of advice you have been given and by who?
My mum. She is always says βIf you get a lemon, make a lemonade out of itβ. While that was annoying to hear growing up β it certainly makes a lot of sense now.
One achievement you are proud of…
I am proud of having grown within the business from a casual admin assistant to Franchise Manager.
How does Craveable support you (professional/personal life balance e.g.)
I am thankful to be able to work from home 1 day a week where I can be around my cheeky toddler
Fernanda and Craveable
Prior moving to Australia, Fernanda used to work as flight attendant in Brazil. When she decided to try her luck in Sydney, it was not an easy path, that is why nowadays she is still so grateful to Craveable Brands.
“I am forever grateful for having being sponsored by the Company over a decade ago to live and work in Australia. I am now a proud Aussie!”
