Paul has over 25 years’ experience, specialising in digital, consumer and retail sectors. With a focus on delivering improved customer experience, while increasing profitability, Paul enjoys the challenge of delivering change in fast-paced markets. Recently integrating pet retail and veterinary businesses for Greencross, Petbarn & City Farmers, Paul previously led IT and digital operations for APG & Co, a fashion retailer with over 400 stores (Sportscraft, Saba, JAG & Willow). Prior to that, Paul was responsible for John Lewis omni-channel program delivering over £1 billion annual online sales for a leading UK retailer.  Additionally, Paul has worked with nbn, figleaves.com, Avanade and Mincom.
