Helen brings with her a wealth of diverse experience having worked across both small and large businesses, from Sonoma, a founder led business, to Woolworths. Here customer centric approach has seen her execute on strategies that have step-changed customer offers and financial results.
Prior to joining craveable brands. Helen held the position of General Manager – Convenience Development at Caltex which saw her plan, develop and successfully launch The Foodary. She also led the Caltex retail innovation pipeline including launching Uber Eats and Deliveroo partnerships and new digital experiences such as Digital Screens & Menus, Fuel Pay, Number Plate Recognition, Self-Serve Check-outs and The Foodary Pre-Order App.
